About CSTIMS:
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) together with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) implemented this Commercial Skills Test Information Management System (CSTIMS) to record CDL testing activity in order to assure the quality of the drivers on the road.
The system is intended to benefit motor vehicle agencies, law enforcement, government officials, Third Party Testers and Examiners. Information presented in this system is considered sensitive but not classified.
Usage of this system is monitored and subject to the acceptance of the terms and conditions.
